There is No Wireless Wan Card Installed in This Computer the Setup Cannot Continue Lenovo T400
If the wireless network adapter doesn't show in Device Manager, that generally means one of two things: either the adapter is turned off ("airplane mode") or the adapter isn't working at all.
The ability to turn a wireless network adapter on or off is usually present in laptop/notebook computers. I couldn't find any mention of this at all with respect to your HP 20-2115il "All in One" computer.
Open a Command Prompt window (click Start, type Command Prompt in the Search box, and press Enter)
Type the following commands in the black Command Prompt window and press Enter after each line
set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
start devmgr.msc
Device Manager will open
Do NOT close the Command Prompt window
In Device Manager, click View > Show Hidden Devices
Look in the "Network adapters" section for your wireless network adapter. If it is there, right-click and select "Properties" and check what is shown as "Device Status." Close the Properties window, right-click on it again and select "Enable" (if that option is available).
Close Device Manager and the Command Prompt window.
If the above fails to help, you may have a hardware problem. Although I'm not familiar with it, HP does provide a hardware diagnostic utility that you should run. It may already be installed on your computer. If not, download it (I assume that you can access the Internet with your HP 20-2115il by using an Ethernet cable; otherwise download using another computer and save it on a USB flash drive):
https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/pc-diags.html
Also see the "Network Check" diagnostic here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics?category=computing&issue=network-issues
If all of the above doesn't help, ask for help in the HP support forum: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Wireless-and-Networking/bd-p/DesktopWirelessNetworking
Others with similar problems (I haven't read through these): https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?advanced=false&allow_punctuation=false&q=missing%20wireless%20network%20adapter
If all else fails, you can get an external (USB-connected) wireless network adapter. Depending on where your computer is located with respect to your wireless access point (router), you may be able to use one of the "nano" adapters, but you'll probably get better results from one with a decent antenna or multiple antennas: https://www.newegg.com/p/pl?N=100158094%20600014288%20600326046

Simple, easy and inexpensive solution. Buy a new wireless usb adapter. You can find them for $20 or so. The good news is that often they work better than the internal one and are portable.

I found a wifi adapter but it isn't working
This is my Device manager's screenshot and driver's properties
Also when adding driver manually through legacy hardware option with netathrx.inf, it also shows this error message i highlighted

That's pretty odd, considering that your HP 20-2115il supposedly has either a Qualcomm Atheros wireless network adapter (which is what you said that you used to see) or a Realtek RTL8188EE or RTL8723BE Series wireless network adapter (the only other wireless network adapter driver included on the driver download page for the HP 20-2115il). There is no mention anywhere about an Intel device for this model.
On the other hand, your screenshot also shows an error for the SMBus Controller, which you hadn't mentioned earlier.
What happened to your system before the wi-fi issue began?
The SMBus Controller issue generally indicates that you need to install the chipset driver. This shouldn't have anything to do with the wifi issue, but you should get it resolved.
If I were you -- and assuming that you can access the Internet using an Ethernet cable -- I'd go to this HP support site and click the "Detect My Drivers" button:

Yeah sorry i didn't mention about SM Bus controller as i think this doesn't have anything to do with wireless adapter, however i will try to fix it. Anyways, nothing happened to my system before this problem began, it was normal. I don't know what happened and how all of a sudden these errors are coming. I turned off my pc and opened the next day and this happened.
I already visited the hp website a couple of times and i am using their support assistant app & i checked for my drivers and wierd thing is that they are not at all detecting my missing wifi drivers.
I know my system supports either Qualcomm or Realtek 8x series adapters and i went to install them for many times but as i said ,no use. Qualcomm driver installation program always closes automatically when i click "next" button to proceed.
